This pretty summer dress is the perfect addition for summer. The bodice in a blue and white stripe fabric is lined. The skirt, in a blue floral fabric is full and gathered at the waist with an inset of the blue and white stripe fabric as a band at the hem. The dress fastens at the back with snaps. There is a blue satin and white and blue dot bow at the waist. To finish this ensemble is a white grosgrain headband with a blue satin and white and blue dot bow and has elastic at the back for ease. The dress has my signature silver heart sewn at the waist.
